Cake Bar is designed to provide the highest quality products, while focusing on seasonality and reimagining how you eat cake. We are here to make desserts stress-free, simple and fun, without any of the hassle.
Ashley graduated top of her class from L'Academie de Cuisine, a classic French culinary school, just outside the Washington D.C. metro area. She has worked in a variety of high-end kitchens from a 1-Michelin star restaurant in New York City to a James Beard winning bakery in Washington, D.C. She prides herself in creating food, especially sweets, that bring people together in community and joy.
